"Welcoming hosts!"

Lovely warm reception with drinks & pastries offered on arrival. Presentation was perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb! One of the best ever! A very caring couple as hosts.

Only downside for some would be steep stairs to access bedroom & shower over bath not separate cubicle.

A peaceful location, welcoming hosts, a scone and cup of tea on arrival. The house was near a lake and we enjoyed a relaxing walk. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

Our second visit to Pelham Grove. Very warm welcome from Jane and Trevor, with cake and a pot of tea. Everywhere again very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
