The Papas Villas

I liked everything about this accomodation. Very good location, very quite and peaceful, where you can have your own privacy. Very good breakfast, nice travel arrangements, transfer possibilities. Very good recommendations on doing things. I felt like home and safe, like surrounded by friends, and it so important when you are alone and for the first time in Bali. These people made my days so easy and fabolous. It was amazing. Matur suksma my friends, I will come back, if I can!

Beautiful property in a gorgeous location. Family run business and they could not have been kinder. They took me on a tour on day one of all the things in the area: villages, coffee plantation, temple. And it’s opposite a really quiet, beautiful rice terrace. Food was delicious, and good options. I was working UK hours from the property and wifi was good for calls/e mails. Highly recommend!

An amazing villa run by a truly wonderful and welcoming family. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and very homely — from the very first moment we felt like we were staying with friends. The villa is comfortable, well-maintained, and set in a peaceful environment. A special thank you to the hosts for helping make our stay unforgettable. They personally took us to a coffee plantation and to a purification ceremony — unique and authentic Balinese experiences that we will always remember. Also amazing rice field is just 50 meters away from Papas If you’re looking for comfort, care, and a genuine cultural experience on Bali, this villa is the perfect choice. Definitely 10/10 and highly recommended! 🌿💛

The view was exceptional , the private villa was really clean with italian vibes.. it's near all activities and our host misa was really delightful... imagine waking up to the sound of birds and trees. Also if you are muslim married couple and want some privacy this is the place Breakfast could have more varities :(

Papas Villas ist die BESTE Unterkunft überhaupt (und wir haben einige tolle Unterkünfte auf unserer Indonesien Reise gehabt). Wir haben es total geliebt! Der Garten- und Poolbereich sind traumhaft schön, man fühlt sich wie im Paradies. Die Mitarbeiter sind so freundlich und helfen bei jedem Anliegen. Auch die Zimmer (wir hatten eine der Villen mit dem Gemeinschaftspool) sind total schön eingerichtet, modern und sauber. Die Lage fanden wir super - ruhig gelegen, mitten in der Natur aber trotzdem mit dem Roller schnell in Ubud (abends nur 20min, bei Verkehr eher 40min) und bei schönen Ausflugszielen. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

L'endroit est tout simplement magnifique ! En face des chambres, la piscine puis les Rizières, palmiers et végétation luxuriante. Le calme et la sérénité absolue. L'ensemble de l'établissement est constitué de 2 chambres près de l'entrée, puis un Bungalow à part dans la partie annexe, en traversant la pelouse chez les voisins, ce qui n'est absolument pas gênant. J'étais dans cette partie, qu'il faut absolument réservé. L'endroit est vraiment splendide. Une piscine privée, 3 terrasses, dont une grande en hauteur, une grande pièce bibliothèque/ salon au RdC, à l'étage une immense chambre avec coin télé et cuisine. Frigo et congélateur. SdB nickel. Vue impressionnante ! Wayan, le propriétaire, est très sympa, il fait tout pour que le séjour se passe bien, il amène même gratuitement les clients jusqu'à Ubud. L'établissement est familial. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant proprement parlé, une petite terrasse seulement, et dîner uniquement sur pré réservation avec quelques plats simples. Il faut être véhiculé car Ubud est à environ 30 min. Sinon prendre un Grab. Petit déjeuner correct. Il y a des restaurants aux alentours, à Tegallalang, il peut vous déposer et récupérer.

L'endroit "réception ", plutôt un cabanon vieillisant et la partie " restaurant " , petit-déjeuner. Mais cela n'enlève rien au charme de l'ensemble.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach unglaublich. Der Ort war wunderschön. Es war ein ruhiger Ort mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Die Gastgeber waren unfassbar freundlich und sie haben sich um alles gekümmert. Wir konnten einen Roller mieten, ein Fahrservice wurde gebucht, wir konnten tolle Aktivitäten über die Familie buchen und wir bekamen jeden morgen leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und bei Fragen konnten wir jederzeit schreiben. Wir hatten noch nie so eine schöne Unterkunft wie diese. Danke an die ganze Familie!
