WIFI must be improved. Room facility is less. Room size is small not match in picture. Food price is hightre than actual.

Dinner is delicious and fabulous. Thai dishes are recommended. Room is good.

Location may be far from the main road.

Mosquito

A very nice and quite place, located at a river. The bungalow was very comfortable and everything was spotless clean. We stayed here for 2 nights and can only recommend it. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Beautiful location, although it is far from town it is serene and beautiful. Food in the restaurant is great and enjoyed by local people. Owner accommodated me with taxi service when I needed it and was welcoming.

The secluded location in the middle of the lush green forest by the river - we had a great time and enjoyed a boat tour on TaPi River. The staff is always smiling and willing to help, although it takes a bit longer to get along in English, but we had no issues with that. Definitely recommend 👌

The Resort could offer better prices for transportation as it is not exaclty in the center of Surat Thani, but this is also what makes it special. Also a service of bike rental connected would be appreciated :)

Views over the river were great and the sunset view was beautiful. Room was clean and tidy, strong AC, kettle and working TV. Food at the restaurant was ok. Owner also taxi’d us to our bus station, 300B for 20 mins which we felt was reasonable. We did haggle down from 400B first offer though.

On arrival everyone working at the hotel and the few friends of the owner that were there were glaring at us for some time(10-20 people all round). The girl who greeted us was quite keen on me and made no effort to hide it even in front of my girlfriend, this made ordering in the restaurant awkward as well as all other interactions. The staff were also talking and laughing about us clearly in Thai. It wasn’t a welcoming introduction nor did we feel comfortable. A friend of the owner also stared at my girlfriend at every opportunity when I wasn’t looking, she felt uncomfortable here even more than I did. Food from the restaurant was decent but very expensive for what it was, we also ordered roti for dessert which took 45 mins to arrive and was awful anyway. Really disappointed to have to pay 800B. There are dogs roaming around the resort who are ok with the staff and locals but having them under our table when we’re not so confident with wild dogs was unpleasant. The location is also way out in the sticks and required a 20 minute taxi, we thought access could be arranged by boat but that didn’t work out. We were also told there is no keys for the rooms, luckily we were only there for a night otherwise this would’ve been a concern. Thailand is a safe place but it only takes 1 bad person to go into your room and your stuff.
