Not worth what we paid for.

The facilities. Not worth 8200+ for 1 night. My son was even beaten by a cockroach.

The staff are nice

It wasn't what I expected. I thought the female dorm would come with a bathroom inside. It was uncomfortable to be going in and out in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The price is a little too high for a small room with a bunkbed and a table, no TV etc...but given that it's a peak season I understand. It is however ideal for a large group of people who just wants to enjoy the beach and cook out.

The room was too small and it was rickety. We were afraid the bamboo floor which was covered by linoleum would give up any time. The bathroom was separate from the room. The door lock didn't work. I reported it to the staff and she just told me that there was a CCTV. Seriously, that was the solution? The room was described as beachfront cottage but actually, the view was obstructed by the cooking area and tables for picnic area. The rate was expensive but they didn't bother to include towel and toiletries for that price! So we decided to look for another place. We didn't bother to get a refund.

Theres no breakfast, not much to choose where to eat and not so much other activities nearby.

Far away from surf spots, aircon was really dirty, very remote.

The staff especially Ate Julie is very accommodating. The location is also.peaceful and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of surfing sites. The beach area is just a few steps away from the property.

The accomodation is overpriced for the amenities available. There is no TV, no wifi, no breaKfast. The room has flying insects. We were allowed use of the common kitchen and dining area, however if there are big group of people also checked-in, it is so noisy. Parking is far from the property hence very inconvenient.
