Staff is professional and understanding. When I wasn't too happy with the room I chose, they agreed to change my room cost-free and even allowed a late check-out since my flight was much later in the afternoon. Rooms are nice and spacious, loved the garden and patio view. Honestly, I can't flaw it one bit. Price a bit steep, but it was good money for value.

The only thing I can complain about is the lack of air-conditioning in the rooms. While there are fans and heaters in the rooms, an air-conditioning unit would warm the room up quicker and better.

Maggie is a gracious hostess - she cares about her visitors and always strives to make one's stay a pleasant one -and her staff are friendly and efficient. Her facilities are excellent and the location is very conveniently situated to reach most destinations in the Johannesburg/Edenvale/Bedfrodview area. 3 Brothers is highly recommended
