Larkspur Place

When my partner arrived the owner was on her way out. She was rude, I had paid with my card on the app and she couldn't speak properly that her option was that you pay at the property so she can receive the money immediately. She went on about how the money wasn't paid and that she had been doing this business for 20 years. My partner swiped the money and the owner didn't even bother to attend to her and told her black helper to give the key and she left. Later on my partner had issue and needed assistance with the room. I then called the owner and apologized for waking her up. She swore at me with F word numerous times and was not really helpful. The owner is homofobic, rasist and rude. I have never had such an apauling and traumatic experience and service ever since I have used Booking.com locally, nationally and internationaly.
