The property was located in a very good area.

There was no contact number to inform them that I was running late. The intercom at the gate didn't work on arrival and I had to ring quite a few times before someone finally answered. The room that I had booked online was not available. Even though I was offered a discount for the secondary option, it did not meet my expectations.
