The days in Puli Stone houses were undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. The surroundings are picturesque, the hosts extremely friendly and helpful, the room spacious, cosy, and impeccably clean. Yet all of this was topped by the breakfast - what a sumptuous treat, all lovingly homemade and fresh, it will be very difficult to find something similar!

the dogenbay stone village was worth the stay.

Breakfast wasn't included, we paid 450 TL pp which was a rip off for a standard Turkish Breakfast.

So so nice traditional stone House out of any turisric resorts. Absolutely amazing home made breakfasts. One of the best places i have ever stayed aroud the World. 10******,

Everything was so perfect!

Lovely old and perfectly restored stone house at the entrance of the gorgeous village. Rooms are very charming, we loved the typically Turkish bed linen, towels and cushions. Breakfast is not included but served upon request on a nice relaxing terrace. Selim and his wife are very welcoming and helpful owners. Unfortunately the national park was closed for walking due to risk of fire when we were here. The local museum also offers 2hrs guided walks with a biologist.

It was windy, windows were noisy, but it was ok. Also there is no noise isolation, but it’s also fine, everything is quiet

The location is stunning, the beds were comfortable, and the water was hot.

No one was there to greet us when we arrived. The number on the booking website didn't work, so we called the number on google maps instead—turns out the host was in Istanbul at the time, and he sent a very nice woman who owns a fish restaurant in a nearby town to let us in. She showed us our room and asked us to pay in cash—we didn't have enough, but she accommodated us by having us go to her restaurant for dinner and pay the remainder by card there. I expected that someone would be there, or at least a notice that no one would be, though I understand that it is the off season. I also ordered a double room with two beds and a balcony; we got a single room with one large bed, which we shared, and no balcony. I would have complained but again, there was no one there. The first night was unremarkable. The second night, the WiFi went out and a smell of sewage started coming from either the heating element or the bathroom itself—I think the heating element. There was no breakfast and everything was closed in the town, which again I suppose is because of the off season. Even so, I expected a little more from the place, or at least some notice of what we would be in for.
