We had a lovely stay at this B&B. The hosts were very welcoming. The rooms were good with a lovely view of the church. Breakfast was excellent.

Only one small thing, the balcony glass really needed a good clean, but other than that, it was very good and we would definitely recommend it and would stay again. Would also suggest cutting the cotoneaster back slightly at the front as well so that the B&B sign is more visible.

Service was perfekt, breakfast really good and generous! The village Montacute Is a real gem. We enjoyed the quiz at the local pub, failed of course, we are swedes!!! Next day we visited the Montacute House (we got a gift voucher from the host, thanks!) and took part in I guided tour by Ray, really interesting history.

"Fabulous find, great location, delicious breakfast"

Not just a bedroom, you get a whole suite of living room - we had an amazing view too- plus kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Lovely selections of teas in the kitchen plus biscuits, sweets, soups, hot chocolate and fresh milk. It’s quiet but right in the center of Montacute with 2 pubs in walking distance. And the breakfast was great, brought to the room which is a nice touch.
