"Good location in the sense it’s in a quiet area but only a 3 minute ride to the old town and 10 min ride to the main tou"

The owners were extremely helpful, we booked a da trip around Ninh binh visiting the monuments. Included transfers from the hotel. They always gave us cold water. They arranged a transfer for us to ha long. We came back late one night after the football, and the shutter was down however they let us in swiftly. Feels very safe because of the shutter also.

The bathroom felt a little bit congested but was adequate. The WiFi sometimes worked

The room was nice and big, the bathroom was also big. It was in a nice location. The family that owned the place was nice and booked us all the services that we needed like van to Hanoi and motorcycle rental. We had an issue with hot water and they fixed it right away.
