Room was basic but had all we needed. The host was very nice and helped us out with some questions. Great that they have bikes for rental.

No windows in our room but nothing too bad

First and foremost Lynn and her family were extraordinary lovely people to be around with. Such a warm welcome from them all, we couldn't ask for more. The location was perfect for us, they also had motorbike rentals. It was in a quiet alley off a busy road in the hustle and bustle of Ninh Binh. The room was super clean and spacious. Definitely recommend !!!

Nice, hard bed, easy to communicate via messages, air conditioner, everything necessary is there

Small details: Rooms are not really sound proof, or at least the doors aren't. My shower water was cold, but I didn't mention it directly. On checkout I was told, it could have been fixed easily, so just mention it, if it happens to you.

It was the friendliest and kindest family I met in the whole of Vietnam!So much value for money,very close to the ancient city and very close to the cave mountains!Absolutely recommended!The best people
