"Great place to stay with lovely host."

Great room, good quiet location just off the main street and close to lots of restaurants. Host was unbelievably helpful - she organised us a VERY last minute sleeper bus to Hoi An using her local contacts, despite tickets being sold out online for the coming days. She was incredibly helpful and had lots of other things to offer like tours, motorbike rental and more.

Room was spacious, the bed comfortable

No duvet, blanket very thin and therefore cold in the night No hot water (there is the hot water switch but does not really seem to work)
