The Ridgewood Lodge

The house totally lives up to expectations. The rooms are extra-cozy, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small but it’s definitely more than enough! Olive is super attentive with guests: the guest room has everything you might need for a simple breakfast, and even though I didn’t try the continental breakfast she offers I’m sure it’s delicious😉 Overall my stay there was amazing. Getting to chat with Olive and her daughter was truly lovely, they really made me feel at home. I 100% recommend this place!

Beautiful property, Olive the host was absolutely great with recommendations of places to go and to eat at. Nothing was too much trouble.

We could have done with bigger towels but that’s literally the only improvement I would suggest.

This beautiful home welcomes you into a delightful rural setting. The friendly helpful lady of the house provided a marvellous breakfast sellection, and the accommodation was superb, with a large comfortable bed in a warm room, an ensuite bathroom, and an additional ensuite dressing room.

What's not to like ? A wonderful experience in a quiet, peaceful setting, with great service. I thoroughly recommend this relaxed location and the attention to detail of the thoughtful lady of the house. Thanks again.

Beautiful and comfortable stay in this charming BnB. Our host was excellent and allowed us to check in early before heading to a wedding. She also looked after us the next day and brought us to collect our car. The bed was one of the most comfortable I ever slept in. Thank you so much again.
