I was grateful that I had brought my own breakfast as I have some dietary issues. My husband enjoyed his breakfast.

The yoghurt was rather sweet. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not charged for breakfast, though!

Very clean, absolutely spotless. Family run and family friendly, highly recommended.

Pillows too soft, duvet too thick, but it's just me - fussy sleeper. Otherwise great place to stay

Really excellent communication. Olive was kind enough to work with out timings to make things as easy as possible. The property and room were immaculately clean, very comfortable and spacious.

Would have liked water bottles in the room.

"Pay everything on the day and they say the room is when renovation. Can’t get refund"

Book the room on the day, pay for everything, they ring back after 15 minutes saying the room is renovation, I can’t go in for the day. They forgot to put down the booking on booking.com. I need to send email to booking .com to get refund. Turn their mistake into my problem. Try to refund in booking.com and they need me to ring the international number to UK. That’s bullshit.

Everything was perfect. The lodge is lovely and so was our room. I think the cherry on the top of this place is the owner, Olive. Thank you again for your kindness and your advice. We ended up going to Rock of Cashel and it was just as beautiful as you said. If you need any tips about your trip, just ask Olive, she knows best, wonderful person!
