DESchöne Terrasse. Das Frühstück wurde vorbereitet und dann auf der eigenen Terrasse eingenommen. Schönes Bad. Lage unweit von vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
An der Hauptdurchgangsstraße mit entsprechenden Geräuschpegel von umliegenden Restaurants, vorbeigehenden Urlaubern und vom Verkehr. Zum sehr schönen Strand läuft man schon 10-15 Minuten.
BRA localização é excelente, perto de tudo ! Inúmeros restaurantes, farmácia e tem um super mercado do lado no qual pode se encontrar tudo. O café da manhã é simples mas tem todo o necessário como frutas, iogurte, café torradas e etc. A recepção dos proprietário é muito atenciosa. São muito gentis !

ATDas Appartement liegt in einer super Lage mit einem lieben Balkon Richtung Meer. Es liegt am Ende des Zentrums Villasimius und ist somit nicht zu überlaufen, gleichzeitig sind 2 Supermärkte genau nebenan. Frühstück war auch wkl gut und gross für Italien (relativ). Die Betreiber sind super freundlich und geben auch gerne lokale Tipps ab. Der Strand ist in Fussweite erreichbar. Also alles in allem waren wir echt sehr zufrieden.
Das einzige aber das glaube ich ist generell überall in Villasimius. Die Müllabfuhr ist sehr laut und hat einen Stopp direkt vor dem Appartement um 06:00. Wir haben mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen daher auch intensiver gehört. Dies wird aber wie gesagt für gesamt Villasimius gelten (denke ich mal). Ebenso war ein Restaurant/Lokal meist bis 3:00 aktiv aber auch hier wie gesagt Fenster zu und Klima an und die Sache hat sich.
