Delightful cottage in a really lovely setting which came with everything and more, fabulous breakfast hamper and lots of thoughtful touches and treats from our wonderful host Suzanne.

Nothing to dislike all was great!

"Fab stay in a perfect tiny house"

Beautifully presented tiny little house. Just perfect. Suzanne was lovely and provided everything we needed for a long weekend including fab breakfast food and afternoon tea. The bed was really comfy. Super little courtyard and guests own garden. Wake up to the dawn chorus each morning. Snetterton race track is just a couple of miles away but it definitely felt quiet, relaxing and away from it all back in the cottage. Nice country walk to the local village with pubs, restaurant and shop. Plan to go back soon.

Nothing. Occasionally wished the dawn chorus had a volume switch!

Suzanne was very welcoming, and provided a superbly stocked fridge to cater for our breakfasts, as well as lots of delicious extras! The cottage was charming, extremely comfortable - and we loved the underfloor heating. We enjoyed evening walks in the grounds, and spotted deer and rabbits, and heard many varieties of birdcall. A perfect base for exploring further afield.

The cottage is very lovely and the facilities are excellent. Perfect location for hiking. We stayed in October when the weather cooled - the cottage was really cozy and warm, perfect for a glass of wine in the evenings 💓

"Cream of the Dairy"

Beautifully appointed very cosy and private self catering small cottage. Lovely hostess has thought of everything. Gorgeous mature extensive grounds, gently merge with the beauty of surrounding Norfolk countryside. A spacious guest garden, in which to chill, with possibilities to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the variously placed seats. Excellent full kitchen with food choices to make hot or cold breakfast provided. Safe, well off road, flat accessible parking. I would be happy to return again and again.
