The place was falsely advertised, such place makes booking.Com looks bad and unrealistic. The bedding was dirty, so as extra blanket. The place wasn't cleaned and had spider web. In the morning there was no electricity while the area had electricity. The gate had no control, other guest needed to shout at night to be let in. Water was cold. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you go there on a rainy day. Know that you will be walking on water..

We recently stayed at Ajay’s Guest House and had a very positive experience. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Although we had read some concerning reviews beforehand, our experience was quite the opposite. The property does not have a tavern on the premises, which contributes to a calm and comfortable environment for guests. The owner and staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and their hospitality truly stood out. Overall, we found the guest house to be welcoming and well-managed. We would gladly recommend Ajay’s Guest House to other travellers looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.
