Bub Lane Cottage

Michael and Sue were great hosts - ran an extremely clean establishment and went over and above to help and also make us feel comfortable. I would have no hesitation in booking a return stay. We didn't use it as we only stayed two nights, but the outside space is beautifully presented. Good central location and a great base for exploring the area.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Michael was a friendly and very welcoming host. The location was good for us as we weren't intending to go into the town centre but that wasn't far away anyway.

We didn’t have breakfast. Location was fine and there were plenty of things to do locally. Great walks.

Lovely cottage, lovely room en suite, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The cottage is well positioned for visiting and touring the area. Thank you to Michael and Sue for taking care of us. Definitely recommended.

Une étape d'une nuit (sans petit déjeuner) . Mais finalement thé, café, gâteaux, lait étaient à disposition dans la chambre avec une bouilloire. Un accueil formidable de sympathie ! un hôte extraordinaire de gentillesse et de spontanéité. Une chambre avec salle d'eau très confortable un quartier calme - une ville charmante des restaurants à proximité que demander de plus ?

Our hosts made us feel SO welcome in their home! Very thorough introduction to the property too. A lovely touch was that every evening when we came back to our room we found the blinds closed for us and the bedside light was on, and a little chocolate surprise on our pillows waiting for us. We received lovely fresh biscuits and milk for our tea every day and the towels were also changed. The only downside was sadly NO cooked breakfast (which we love when on a break from home) BUT they did offer a lovely continental breakfast instead and also offered up various alternative locations for us to go for a cooked breakfast too. All in all, an EXCELLENT place to stay close to Mudeford Quay and plenty of fabulous restaurants in a beautifully quiet location too.
