10 minutes walk to pubs and shops . Friendly informative host made us feel welcome and made a nice cooked breakfast . Very clean , slept well . Thank you

I had a wonderful stay . The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the essentials provided, making for a very comfortable stay. The homemade breakfast was excellent and a lovely way to start the day. As I was travelling by motorbike, I really appreciated the host kindly offering secure overnight storage in his garage, which was a fantastic extra touch. The whole place had a warm, homely atmosphere and made me feel very much at home. It’s also ideally located just a few minutes from Snetterton Circuit, making it perfect for anyone visiting the area. If I’m back in Norfolk in the future, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location on the edge of the village. The welcome was very thorough, being shown around the room and the kitchen/dining area. Useful information from the host about the local area and what's available. Breakfast was fantastic and the highlight of the stay.

If you've got people above you, you can hear a fair bit of movement, so if you're a light sleeper, you might struggle. If you need fast wifi for work, forget it, there's no chance of a decent connection to do anything more than email.

Andrew was welcoming, entertaining and could not do enough for us. Great views from the bed room and verandah. This is a must stay if this way again

Unfortunately I'm a light sleeper,could hear people walking around ,doors closing ect so didn't sleep well

Andrew is a fantastic host, very welcoming and attentive with everybody, the room was very nice, large and clean, breakfast was excellent and the location is beautiful. All in all a great experience.
