it was in a great location and absolutely beautiful!!!

I was hoping for hot breakfast since it is a bed and breakfast. Breakfast was disappointing for me. This was my first time at a B&B and just though that was how it worked.

Great location close to UArk but not so close that you hear all the noise! Gorgeous setting, super-nice host, breakfast was good. Felt so comfortable there, like we were in our own home. Could relax and enjoy time with our UArk student in a comfortable and quiet location, with hot chocolate and a fireplace going in the background. Highly recommend.

Great location, spacious and very clean

Our room was advertised as a one bed apartment but there is no separate bedroom. Very spacious and clean but not what we expected traveling with a teenager and hoping for some privacy.

This is very beautiful, well-kept BnB, with cozy atmosphere, very friendly host, great furniture, with a view to forest and trees, as the temperature dropped, it was cold they had the fire place working. Very nice. The bedroom was excellent, but the shower room was elegant. Breakfast was set out every morning. This place is very charming, traveler friendly, and cozy. We would love to return and stay again. Thank you Robert and Eva!
