Breakfast and staff excellent. All rooms clean

Bed was uncomfortable and old. Fire exit light in bedroom - lit all night. Next to main road Very noisy. All rooms next to road. Faculties need updating

Clean, tidy. Easy check in and check out, use of a communal kitchen

We got told off by someone we think was a fellow guest for our children being a little loud in the kitchen area, this was around 4pm and they were excited to arrive and see the rooms, we'd been there all of 15 mins at this stage. It did mean we felt we had to keep them in the bedroom and was a bit stressful for the rest of the evening and early morning. Not the fault of the establishment at all who couldn't have been more helpful.
