Мне понравилась коммуникация с персоналом отеля. У меня так сложились обстоятельства, что я задержался в дороге, но персонал оперативно решил вопрос моего доступа в номер. Заранее мне прислали видео с инструкцией как мне найти свой номер и осуществить доступ в номер.
