價格&房型OK，此間來說-房間&衛浴採光照明燈皆明亮/房內牆漆&壁景照風格都賞心悅目`大廳裝設也很時尚/去年來住過`這是第二次回訪`算耐住`值得未來再多次選擇此旅宿~

希望增添廊道&梯間的轉角上樓照明度

"糟糕透頂"

店員過度自信 房間照騙

是半自助式的冷氣是舊型不通風環境很糟 門口有一個放雨傘的生鏽鐵片 先前完全無告知是半自助 另外沒有電梯 大樓無人 要自己想辦法拿到門口密碼 當天被雨傘那個鐵片割到想說回房間 結果樓梯只有很暗的照明很黑 房間冷氣不會涼 不透氣 又加上受傷要打破傷風 當場離開退租 總之想要好環境的旅客請斟酌 腿腳不便的旅客請斟酌 有小孩也斟酌 怕熱的旅客請斟酌

"七百有找的價位性價比很不錯了"

價格便宜 性價比高 地點離花蓮車站近 一樓看起來整潔 房間舒適 有辦公桌

走廊有一點異味 放很重的熏香 隔音不太好 還有入住櫃檯沒人 也沒先給密碼 被鎖在門外幾分鐘
