Nie miałam okazji ocenić, ponieważ obiekt był zamknięty.

Nie otrzymałam kodu dostępu do apartamentu. Rano, przed rozpoczęciem pobytu otrzymałam wiadomość z podziękowaniem za pobyt i prośbę o ocenę 😳 Zaniepokojona próbowałam skontaktować się telefonicznie. Obsługa pensjonatu nie odbierała telefonu ani nie reagowała na wysyłane wiadomości. Gdy dotarliśmy na miejsce pensjonat był zamknięty.

Nie zostałem poinformowany przed i w trakcie zamawiania noclegów o braku możliwości skorzystania z basenu ze względu na jakąś liczną grupę korzystającą z udogodnień przykre i szkoda.
