Don Totu - Dimora Storica

The property is stunning. The gardens are immaculate. The space is relaxing, tranquil and spectacular. As the first few days of our honeymoon this was the perfect first stop to our time in Puglia. Alasanndra and the staff are out of this world. So pleasant, helpful and genuinely lovely.

We didn’t have a car but we’re happy to wander locally and use the electric bikes on offer for free from the property to cycle to the coast. We used private transfer to and from Brindisi- in hindsight renting a car in Lecce was more problematic as we were looking to drop back to Bari but nonetheless it didn’t put a damper on our time here.

Familial feeling. The property is so beautiful and has everything you could wish for. Beautiful swimming pool. Terrace and breakfast area and much more! Rooms were fantastic and cozy

The house itself, attention to details when comes to facilities and decoration of the place. Generous inclusions, swimming pool, bikes, hammam/sauna and many places to relax and unwind

Don Totu is an exceptional accommodation. The service is personal and friendly, they can’t do enough for you. The complimentary yoga lessons were fantastic. Stay here and feel like royalty.

Just exceptional. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, the hotel itself is beautiful, the food was great, they sorted out excellent dinner reservations for us.

The staff were wonderful!! It’s a beautiful furnished property with a fabulous breakfast. The pool and garden makes you never want to leave!!!

Loved the pool and beautiful garden, the service, friendly staff and all the details, such as the candles lit in the evenings in the outdoor areas, the comfortable furnishings in the garden and roof terraces, the variety of fresh baked items at breakfast, evening aperitifs with local snacks. Our room was spacious with a lot of storage for our personal items, so we felt at home. It felt like being in a private villa since there are many common spaces available for guests and only 6 guest suites. It was easy to reach many destinations in southern Puglia and both coasts.

A couple of days the hot water in the shower didn't work.

The property is incredibly good and the service is outstanding. Due to the small number of rooms, you are on a first name basis with the staff. The property is very well appointed and photos do not capture its excellence and finishes. It is a place where you need a car as there is much to do and see nearby but you need a driver or a car.
