This place, is a piece of art.

The hotel is located on the quiet side of the river (travelling to Koblenz it's on the left hand side). Easy to find and run by a friendly Dutch couple. We could put our bicycles in their garage. Breakfast was a good selection of bread, cheese, cold cuts, boiled egg and good coffee. Owners are very interesting with some good stories of how they came to be in Germany.

We had dinner at a nearby restaurant (recommended) but were disappointed with the schnitzels!

es wird mit Liebe und Herzblut bewirtschaftet und hat viele Details. Es ist halt bereits in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man :-). Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-) Toll war dass wir unsere Räder in einer Garage unterstellen konnten und unser Hund willkommen war.

Excellent host and very friendly. Free use of a secure garage to park motorcycles overnight. A typical traditional guest house with a bar. The rooms may not be to everyone's taste but clean and warm. Quiet area, which we used as a stop over for our bike tour. Continental breakfast was very fresh and way more than we could eat. I would definitely use again. Thank you to our kind host.
