Niets, het was waardeloos!

We hadden een reservering gemaakt en konden na 14.00 inboeken. We waren er om 15.00 alles was donker, deuren op slot. Gebeld naar nummer op de reservering, daar een persoon aan de lijn gekregen die zei dat het hele hotel voor die dag zat vol geboekt en er geen plaats meer was(alles donker en alles op slot) nadat ik via de app van booking.com had laten weten, dat ik hier niet blij mee was en ik contact zou opnemen met booking.com, werden wij terug gebeld dat ze toch nog een kamer over hadden en hij er binnen 15 minuten zou zijn. Ondertussen hadden wij al een ander hotel geboekt. Later kreeg ik nog een berichtje dat hij net zo lang bleef wachten tot we terug kwamen! Hoop niet dat hij daar nu nog zit.
