La posizione a ridosso della piazza di Bagno Vignoni la tranquillità, la pulizia, la colazione ricca e varia e l'attenzione per i dettagli. La possibilità di usufruire della spa con piscina termale è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Sicuramente un luogo in cui tornare.

Our stay was a huge disappointment. We chose this hotel specifically for access to the hot springs, as the website stated they were open until 11 PM during the week. We arrived around 6:30 PM, planning to spend the evening relaxing in the springs, only to be told at check-in that they were closing at 7:30 PM that day. That left us with barely any time to use the main amenity we booked the hotel for and PAID for. What was most frustrating is that the hotel had messaged me the day before our arrival offering additional services like massages, but never mentioned the reduced hours for the hot springs. If we had known, we would have adjusted our plans or chosen a different hotel. The response from the front desk was also disappointing — there was no effort to make up for the situation or even care. They were very dismissive. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was poor quality, and we unfortunately found hair in the food. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and felt the experience did not match what was advertised.

La confusione di gente a colazione che aspettava il tavolo

O Pequeno-almoço era muito bom! Com bastantes produtos artesanais. A cama super confortável bem como o quarto. A vista era incrível e o quarto super limpo e bem decorado. O hotel fica numa pequena povoação muito pitoresca e em termos de localização é perto das principais vilazinhas medicais da Toscana.

O alojamento está em obras portanto no corredor para o quarto por vezes pode ser um bocado incómodo, bem como barulho se for uma pessoa que acorde tarde. Para nós foi super ok. O restaurante do hotel em termos de ambiente era bom mas a qualidade da comida não correspondia ao nível do preço.

Diciamo che le stanze potrebbero essere più insonorizzate...si sentivano le "prestazioni" altrui 😁 PS: prestazioni da applausi cmq 😁
