Sehr viele Stufen, aber das lässt sich an dieser Lage nicht vermeiden.

In the heart of Bellagio

Very small bathroom, without normal door. Noisy room.

Everything was good except I thought they had an elevator. We had to leave at 7:30 and there was no one to help us with our luggage down the approximate 50 stairs in the hotel and 60 stairs down to the ferry. We managed on our own with the help of some tourists like us.

No elevator! I must have made a mistake when I booked it as I thought I read there was an elevator.

Hermoso! Súper bien ubicado. Fueron atentos. Súper limpio y lindo. Acogedor como una casa. Frigobar y aire acondicionado.

Sería bueno que aclararan antes de reservar que el check in es hasta las 14,30 y después de las 18 hs. En el medio están cerrados. Uno se entera de eso al haber reservado. Todo el resto excelente.

The room was comfortable and the restaurant down stairs was lovely. The water supplied daily was wonderful.

We knew it was above a restaurant but didn't know it was 45 steps up. After all the big steps from the square. Also we missed having a safe. No phone to call downstairs so had to take the stairs to communicate any question and only in limited times.
