The place is at the right spot, very attractive site view beautiful, the breakfast was exceptional 👌, the beds very comfortable , the waiters are very professional they treated us well, there is also one cleaning Lady who was also very nice and one manager lady who only gave the relevant information to us on our second last day, My Kids enjoyed everything anyway

The way we were received was not nice, my kids was given a room fair away from us, my husband tried to address it " the answer was if you are not happy you can check some places around ", but it was sorted out the following day, and she didn't give us the information about the does and the don't do, what I saw here is that they don't gave attention to the people that come to stay there, they give too much attention to the restaurant they must improve their service to the guests at the rooms also, the swimming pool need a complete renovation it was not what I expected compared to what I saw on the website, the garden also need attention there are many trees that are blocking te river view even at the gate, please put the lace curtain in the room we were not able to open the curtains because there was no lace when you open the curtains people see you from outside, the windows at the rooms also need a serious attention they are not closing properly

The place is peaceful and quiet , the staff were friendly and helpful

The outside is not attractive it needs a bit of cleaning
