Friendly staff and easy to locate

Nothing to complain about

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It is secured.

No back up generator,

i Liked the fact that the rooms had aircon because North West (Rustenburg) is very Hot.

the beds were not comfortable at all it felt like I was sinking, they served us cold breakfast

There was a pool which was clean and there is an outdoor sitting arrangement which one could use if they do not want to stay in the room.

Staff member was not welcoming upon our arrival which made us feel like we are invading. We were not asked about of food preferences or allergies. Breakfast was already pre-dished for us which we did not like because: - one family does not eat scrambled eggs - another family member does not eat pork (bacon was provided) - lettuce and cucumber salad provided was not fresh. The above caused food wastage which could have been avoided if certain questions were asked. The shower door of one room was missing one part. The shower of the other room had a draining issue where water would pile up while we took a shower.

The stuff was Friendly and welcoming.

The directions on Booking were just Off...it says Zone 4 but it's actually in Zone 2.the Number provided here wasn't going through.
