"It was not a good experience. So much so that I drove to Centurion in the night."

I did not sleep over. The aircon was not working, yet the place is very hot.

The aircon was not working in my room. Nothing was done about it.

The lady who was at the reception full of attitude, she make us fell unwelcome She took away plate while eating, breakfast very bad eggs wer not cooked the way we asked and if u ask her about something she give attitude

Friendliness of stuff.

Sugar was hard, no refill for tissue. Breakfast one egg. At least give 2 of everything. Danone has expired.

"Bad experience ever"

The was no water and electricity and they didn't have backup. Our rooms were not cleaned. Supplies like tissues were not replenished. No options on the breakfast menu. Not recommended at all
