No chair in room No soap or shampoo 1st night Uncomfortable bed

Location in Porthmadoc. Room clean, breakfast good. All in all, good.

The sound's from upstairs was bad, needed floor soundproofing.

Perfect location for accessing all amenities. Staff were friendly

Bathroom needs attention, cracked and loose floor tiles, poorly fitted board behind the toilet . On first morning breakfast, had to ask for a hot drink after we had sat down after about 10 mins. No toast with breakfast, this was rectified the second morning after writing it physically on the order form as toast isn’t an option detailed. They need to add this.

Room was too small , pillows too soft . With different furniture more space for chair , bedside cabinet could be created. Shower was either cold or hot and kept changing without touching controls , impossible to wash hair . No lounge . No where to put bags . No fridge .

Excellent break, breakfast and meals in restaurant where exceptional

Lovely little room, right next to the restaurant which served excellent breakfast and evening meal in a charming atmosphere at very reasonable prices.
