"Warm welcome and comfortable stay"

It was clean and well maintained. The hosts were very nice and organised, the breakfast was generous and tea and coffee was provided in the room.

The location is great, 5 mins walk to the beach and promenade, but it can be a bit noisy at night.

"Superb Stay !"

Our hosts, Julie and Geoff ,made us feel so welcome. They go above and beyond to cater to their guests. The b and b was spotlessly clean.The rooms were serviced daily too. We stayed in the twin room. It had plenty of storage space . The beds are extremely comfortable. A plentiful supply of tea ,coffee,biscuits, and water in the room.Fresh milk is also supplied on request. The full English breakfast was lovely. ( pre ordered) delivered to the table every day exactly on time. The location is great ,just a short walk 5 minutes from the sea,and a 10-15 minute walk from the harbour ,shops ,bars etc. Bus station is approximately a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing that we didn't like. Note,the twin room is up 2 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us.But it could be for some with mobility issues.
