Beautiful room, lovely big bathroom, all super clean. Wonderful hosts, friendly, helpful. Quiet establishment, great location. Plenty of choice for breakfast, excellent service. Parking outside.

This place is amazing, the hosts couldn’t do enough, the room was massive, the bed was so comfortable and was also massive. Lots of touches like smart TVs and presence lighting that just add to the charm, but the people make it, whilst we were filling in paperwork, sorting payment and car parking, our cases were taken up to our room by Geoff. This place is a gem.

Nothing….seriously nothing to complain about.

Exceptionally clean rooms. Lovely cooked breakfast. Very attentive hosts. The property and customer service was faultless.

The only thing I didn’t like and it’s a minor point. The property is located on a busy one way street with limited parking. It’s pot luck whether you end up parking next to the establishment or 200yds down the road. Not a problem if you’re travelling light. But the property and hosts make up for any inconvenience in parking.

Everything!! Julie and Geoff were exceptional hosts who made us very welcome. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast menu gave us plenty of choice and was cooked to perfection. Minutes walk away from the North Beach promenade.

We have no complaints whatsoever.
