"Friendly owner, economical choice, convenient shuttle service."

The host Nino was wonderful. His personal airport shuttle service was terrific, very timely, and he was friendly and personable throughout our stay. His restaurant recommendation in Fiumicino was within walking distance and was the perfect final taste of Italy before heading home. We also appreciated supporting a small family-run business.

The immediate surrounding area felt a little worn and not as charming as other places we visited in Italy. Walking to and from the restaurant required paying attention quite a bit of dog waste on the sidewalk. That said, we always felt safe, and the hospitality of the host made for a positive overall experience.

"Overnight near Rome Fiumicino"

We had a wonderful stay here. Nino was a very helpful and informative host who made everything easy from check-in to local advice. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless with the added bonus of having an individual ensuite. The location is excellent — close to shops and very convenient for Rome International Airport, making it perfect before or after a flight. Breakfast was lovely, and the property had everything you need for a comfortable stay near the airport. Highly recommended!

"Nice stay for flying out early"

Very welcoming host, comfortable bed and ensuite. Access to kitchen facilities. Nice neighborhood.

A bit of a walk from the airport (3 miles) and food (1 mile). My room was a bit warm until I figured out the remote for AC. I had to checkout early so I don't know about the included breakfast.
