The scenary

The room smelled like cigarettes and pillows not comfortable

The staff was helpful and readily available.

The towels were old.

It was tranquil and the staff were amazing!

The DSTV didn’t work (not a huge problem though)

The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room looked way better than the pictures. The grounds are beautiful, I would have rated them 10/10 if the shower was not cold.

The venue is located at a good place next to the water.

The room was not working for me. The blankets and pillows were not clean. Toilet door not closing properly (sliding door that doesn't close well). I had to check out same day and look for another venue 'cause I wasn't going to sleep in that condition. Seems like a place where the locals hang out for some beer and television while in my room DSTV wasn't working and had to wait given a word that the lady managing the place is coming to fix it, but never came. Close to two hours passed and with all my discomfort, I had to leave.

The stuff is really friendly and the place was clean.

We were made to feel like we were out of place, like we didn’t belong there.
