Was hot at night in the room even though I slept with window and door open, needs some extra ventilation on hot days...

This place was a happy surprise! Family-run, they live downstairs, and upstairs are several rooms on 2 upper levels. The lower one (ours) is even a little apartment - private terrace, private bathroom with a hot shower. and in the left corner of the terrace is a little kitchenette with some equipment, enough to cook and make tea. Seaview from the terrace – the upper rooms have an even better view of the ocean, but the rooms are smaller and bathroom & terrace shared. It's very clean. They take cleaning very serious. Oh, and the free Wifi is excellent! Lovely owners, very helpful in all regards. And the location is ace – 1 minute to the little shops and the pizzeria and snack bars; just down the stairs to the beach and some restaurants. Windy Bar (or something like it) even serves wine and beer (a rare find in Morocco) though in the evenings, it's hard to get a seat outside. I love this place, and I'll happily return.

The bathroom is quite smelly because of the drain, I don't know if it needs some plumbing work or just some pipe cleaner stuff. The bathroom is clean, though, no doubts!

With just a few minor touches, this place cd be perfect - there was no lock on the shared bathroom. Had a system with neighbours to keep door open and say if closed, it’s in use. One day the water stopped in the shower and didn’t get any hot water. And shower head cd do with a hook on the wall. Rooms wd look more homely with some decor. But like I say, these are tiny little things and I think it’s quite new. All in all, I loved the place

Perfect location, the beach is just down stairs and the host Zora and her housband are really kind and welcoming!

The staff especially the owner. She introduced us with the seaside town where we spent another three nights. Very lovely peaceful small place, much better than big cities.

Best Hostal in Taghazout! Value for money, location, lovely hosts and coffee, just such a nice vibe. Even on checkout our flight wasn’t until later, we was able to watch a film in the TV room and not feel like we was over staying our welcome! Would definitely recommend. Thank you! :)
