INTERZASTRADA B&B

Conveniently located in the city center, walking distance both from the train station and the Port shuttle bus stop. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The property was very clean. The bathroom is private to the room and has a toilet shower (which is way better than bidet!) In the common area there's a mini fridge, coffee machine, hot water kettle, microwave. Perfect for a short stay before or after a cruise.

Excellent location for our cruise. Breakfast was good, I found it difficult using the coffee machine.

An English speaking rep. would have helped.

The stairs at the entrance are a bit inconvenient.

When booking, I didn't realize the inn was co-located with the central train station. Very convenient for our daily train excursions to Cinque Terra. Numerous restaurants within short walking distance. Staff very helpful, carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs to the inn reception desk. Best of all, we couldn't hear the trains! Excellent nights' sleep. Also, inn has secure no-cost storage on ground floor for luggage.

The "breakfast" for the B&B inn is actually a coupon to a cafe located several blocks away. Chose not to use coupons when raining.

We weren’t actually able to stay at the property because there was a plumbing issue in our room, so they arranged for us to stay at the Sirocco in the same building and paid for our breakfast the next day. They were very responsive and nice to deal with.

Because we didn’t stay at the actually property I can’t say anything except there is no elevator and our alternate room required moving heavy suitcase up a couple of flights of stairs but Paulo helped us with that.

Location was good as near the cruise port but the room was very basic.

As first the Air conditioning didn’t work and the room was really hot,but after fighting with the remote control we finally got it working.
