"Disappointing"

The room itself was beautiful and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a private balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom

Breakfast was OK. Location was in an excellent quiet place although the environment was not good. Too much air pollution outside and unattended to surroundings which made me feel so uncomfortable.

Poor attendance to clients, never changed beddings for the 5 days I stayed there, never cleaned my room including washroom. The chef could enter the dining room without a shirt, dirty surroundings. Too much to say.
