Queen Manor Boutique Guest House

Our stay was absolutely lovely. We were met with a smile and a friendly chat. Our room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious with a lovely bathroom. The location was perfect.

We had to pay an extra 1300 on arrival on top of the R1749 I paid. The owner charged us more because she claims booking.com messed up the booking. I am very disappointed as I reported this to booking.com and was assisted by Patricia, who was to come back to me but never did. I was promised an email to confirm what the owners response was, but to date, no one came back to me. I'm not happy, and if this is how booking.com treats their customers, I will most certainly make sure everyone knows of such bad service. I'm expecting a call from you by Monday. If not, I'm not going to leave it here because I had to borrow R1300 from a friend as it was a school Rigby trip and not leisure, meaning I had a tight budget and was forced to pay an extra amount that no one could explain including the establishment
