It’s clean and the garden areas and the plants just give it a very serene calm ambiance.

They didn’t clean the rooms on some day but it wasn’t a train smash.

Very nice owner and staff. Supportive and full of useful advice. Fabulous garden surrounding the bungalows. Comfortable well equipped rooms and good breakfast included.

Maybe a little far from the centre of Katima, but with car no problem.

The room was big and clean. Bed was fine and we slept very well. Owner and staff is very friendly. There is a nice garden there. Wifi was excellent. Luckily we had brought some food with us. There is a refrigerator and water boiler in the lodge and you can make coffee. Breakfast was fine with scrambled eggs and sausages.

There is not much to do there. There was a bench just outside our lodge. It would have been very nice if there were some chairs and a smal table there. It would be nice if there were possibilities to buy some cold drinks that you could enjoy in the reception area. It would also be nice if there were some tables and chairs in the nice garden so that you could sit there and enjoy the beautiful garden.

Nice and beautiful garden. Quiet and secluded cottages. Breakfast is basic but filling.

Cottage is very barebone with little furniture inside. Worst is the nonexistent hot water pressure which forced many in our group in different cottages to have cold shower in the cold winter weather! (Yes, there is cold winter here even in Africa!) The separation of toilet and shower/sink facilities is most puzzling and annoying. For example, to wash your hands after going to toilet, you have to walk all the way around the bed to the sink even though the two rooms are literally side by side!

The location outside the town was very nice. The staff met us friendly. The rooms were perfect. (Except the high bed, my wife needed a step ladder)

The breakfast was not much to talk about. We had to use our own tomato!

Tranquil lush place on a small farm with good security. Owner very friendly. Located outside the busy and dirty central area. Quiet and peacefull

Bathroom mirror too low to shave or comb hair. No tv.

The remoteness and the cleaniness and staff were excellent. Will definitely stay again.
