The air conditioning in the room.

The breakfast was a real disappointment: very limited and a 'do it yourself' concept. I would not call this breakfast. Furthermore the kitchen should have had extra towels. The house has a musty smell. The beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear all the sounds from the other rooms.
