Very noisy on Friday and Saturday

Had a bit of fuss to find the room in the first place. But, once you find it, you will find this location is fabulously convenient. It's close to the beach, to the Romalido station, to the supermarket and restaurants, and even to the airport. The bed is so comfortable that it makes me feel like sleeping at home.

The sound isolation is not very ideal as the outside noise of the nightlife can be "clearly" heard. And I found it a little bit disturbing as the footsteps on the stairs in the morning when neighbors set off to work are quite easily heard. But I just identified those sound as my wake-up alarm anyway : )

The host, Fabio, was very quick to respond to all emails. The location was perfect for access to the shops, restaurants, night market, beach, and train station to Rome. Finding the building and Street parking was a bit difficult at first, but asked a helpful local person. Initially, had to park the car 200 metres away, around the corner. The street parking is free. We used the numbered parallel parking spots, just park and walk away. The next morning, at 7 am, moved the car to front of the building. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning was nice. Altogether had a wonderful stay, and would happily return again.

Shower drain very slow, to point of overflowing, causing the floor get a bit wet.

The room is in the centre of Ostia! Just a street away from the beach and a 6 minute walk away from the metro station which will bring you to Rome in +/- 35 minutes. Everyday, the room is cleaned!! So when you come back from a long day outside, it wil be clean and organised again. The breakfast is served at the coffeebar nextdoor. You will get a croissant and a cappucino. Both really nice and tasty. Contact with the owner is fast, so if there is something, they will fix is it or help you.

Very comfortable, clean and host super professional

I didn't find this place quickly, but the host helped me by giving instructions and even went to meet me outside. I stayed only for night, but it was comfortable enough. It's near bus station and coastside. I also enjoyed my bakery for breakfast. Bar was around the corner, and it was convenient that it works from early morning, because I had to leave early. Room is clean and big enough for one person. The host provided toiletries. He also provided sweets and chips as welcoming gift. And it was a kettle in the room, which was really important to me.
