La finestra sul mare

Отдыхали в августе 2025. Отличное расположение к морю и жд станции. До пляжа 3-4мин ходьбы. До центра Рима дорога занимает 40-45 мин. Отзывчивые хозяева. Две комнаты и просторная ванная с санузлом. Номер чистый и просторный. Удобно, что есть вид на море. Чуть далековато до центра (15-20мин пешком) Лидо ди Остия. В аэропорт и из аэропорта ходит автобус каждые 30мин Чтобы доехать в аэропорт такси не требуется.

Die Einrichtung war entsprechen

Ich war nicht zufrieden. Kaffee zubereiten ist der Maschine kaputtgegangen? und sie hat einfach meine Kreditkarte abgezogen, ohne mein Erlaubnis.

La posizione e la pulizia.

Posizione ottima,vicino al mare e alla stazione per Roma. Pulito e completo di tutti i confort

Avrei voluto fermarmi un'altra notte,ma non c'era disponibilità.

Very friendly host. On arrival told coffee machine had previously been reported as defective however, this was replaced with a new one. Host actually live on site however, this never presented as an issue. When replacing the coffee machine the host noted it was my wife's birthday. When we returned from sight seeing in Rome later there was a chilled bottle of prosecco and 4 glasses waiting for us on the table outside of the door to the apartment, such a kind touch that was a perfect end to the day. Perfect location for beach and city. Would definitely consider staying again

Perhaps if the host was to place a brush and a mop in the apartment it would be easier for guests to sweep and mop the floor which does get sandy, especially after returning from the beach.

Walking in downtown Rome.

"Breakfast including" was really poor not as expected, just the cheapest toast, cookies, sweetened bread etc. The entire apartment had an unfresh odour but worst was a blue blanket smelling urine.
