Czysto, przyjemnie, wygodne łóżka. Dobry kontakt z obsługą.

Brak kubków do kawy, były tylko. Szklanki, jeden widelec i łyżka i nóż. Przydałoby się też ręcznik papierowy.

Okolica dla nas super.

Wybraliśmy ten pensjonat, ponieważ oferował saunę, salę fitness. Niestety duża fikcja. Mieliśmy pokój i tyle. Mozna wynająć ładny pokój w dużo niższej cenie. Wieczorem brzydki zapach z rur w łazience. Brak możliwości zasłonięcia okna,( okno na sąsiada i drogę.). W pokoju gorąco. Rekuperator kiepsko działał. Zakręciliśmy kaloryfery. Kiedy otwieraliśmy okna w celu przewietrzenia, Pani wĺascivielka wyraziła niezadowolenie. Płaciłam gotówką. Tu reszty nie wydają. Zostaliśmy poproszeni o zmianę obuwia na dole, pokój na 3 pietrze. Pierwszy raz się z taką prośbą spotkalam...hmm Do Lądka Zdrój jeździmy co roku. Wynajęliśmy w tym pensjonacie pokój ponieważ wcześniejszy pensjonat nie był wynajmowany (w związku z powódzią) Ponownie nie wynajęłabym pokóju w tym pensjonacie.
