GBIt’s a working farm with a beautiful property I understand to be three separate buildings built some hundreds of years ago now merged into one. What a privilege to be able to stay there and many acres of stunning landscape for walks.
One slightly narrow bottle-neck on a small B road heading towards the farmhouse was the only issue and that was miles from the property.
GBThe hostess was very friendly.
The shower was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The TV remote was also disgusting and hadn't been cleaned / wiped, by the look of it, at all. The kettle element was brown and full of limescale. The complimentary biscuit was soft and by the taste was way past it's best before date. It was a twin bed room and the bed made up for me rocked so much when I moved it felt like either a water bed or that I was on the sea. The unmade bed didn't move.

GBGBGBGBGBThis is a real Farm B&B - a working farm, and a traditional farmhouse, furnished and decorated as you might hope and expect. The extended fields lead down by an attractive walk to water meadows at the foot of the hill. The owners are most welcoming and ready to help with any problems. For an evening meal the nearby pub at Weston Underwood gives excellent value (not Sunday pm/Monday), but Olney is not far. There were a multitude of options for breakfast.

GBRang and said we would be arriving late. Saw the car pull up came out to greet us. Asked if we had a nice journey showed us around before taking us to our room, asked if anything we needed for the rest of the evening. Definitely will be returning for another visit.
