The view was heavenly, the photos don't do it justice. Excellent location - 25-minute walk into town centre (no walking path on some sections so you need to watch out for cars). Delicious homemade breakfast with different choices on different days. Spotless, and the hosts were lovely and very helpful.

The location is convenient- close to town. However we realized that leaving on the other side of Montepulciano would allow us to avoid city's traffic, since most of the routs to other places went through it and we got stuck in the center nearly every time. And being so close to the city brought in some noise from near-by parties and events. The location is on the hill, with spectacular views. Amazing landscaping with lots of flowers. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Bed is extremely comfy (if you like firm) and plumbing super new, high quality, with huge shower with VERY good water pressure

I would give this place 9-10 star rating if it was not for the one BIG negative thing, which for us rendered all other positive aspects useless. And I can't believe most other reviews didn't mention it- there is almost NO sound INSULATION between units! So unless you are partially deaf or unless you rent the entire place to yourself, you will not be able to sleep well at all. You can hear people talking (unless they whisper), moving things, closing doors, using plumbing, talking outside. It was so bad, that after a few nights we had to find another place and move there. So unless the owners address this problem somehow, I can not, in a clear conscience, recommend to stay here. Also, small things, but still- there was a nice big wardrobe, but with only a couple of hangers, so if you stay here for a few days, it is not enough at all. And there were NO clothes hooks in the room nor in the bathroom to hang you coat on and such.. And no shelving in the shower to put your shampoo on. Rooms were a bit on a smaller side. No tissues provided either.

We can enjoy wonderful view from the BB room we stayed. In addition, host family is also wonderful and friendly.

Our host was very kind and friendly. His wife seemed a little stressed, but she was helpful. The view of Montepulciano and the surrounding countryside was absolutely outstanding.

The breakfast was nothing special, although the cappuccinos the hostess made us were great.

Cannot speak highly enough of this B&B. Stunning location and views, wonderful breakfast, friendly hosts and so much attention to detail was given to the room. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to stay. The distance from town was walkable and made sure it was a nice quiet place to stay which was great for relaxing and unwinding.

It was walkable into Montepulciano but easier if you have a car

Fantastic view of the valley! Wonderful pool. Only 3 rooms so limited number of guests. Enjoyed meeting other guests staying at the property over breakfast on a covered patio. Nice, engaging host. Bathroom remodeled and wonderfully spacious and modern. Room adequate size. AC worked well in the room. I was able to park on site. The property was gated and private. Located close to the town.

Wifi in and out in our room. Router was in the kitchen in our building. Our room was the farthest away from it which may have contributed to the issue.

Great homemade breakfast with local cuisine. The location was close to town and had an absolutely beautiful view. We also enjoyed the pool since we hit a hot week. The owners were very friendly and helped us with recommendations on cuisine and things to do. 10/10
