Clean and close to where i needed to be

Did not have a shower in my room. Only a bath

It was clean and specious.

The fan was not working in one bedroom. so it was very cold.

I liked the fantastic bed and bedding and Wi Fi, I chose Jakkalsdraai as it is between the Hospital and Retirement Village, which suited me 100% Safety were really good. I also liked that I had a choice between a bedroom with a shower or a bedroom with a bath. The fireplace in the dining room were great!

Unfortunately there were no soap or shampoo in the bathroom ...... not pleasant when you are already in the bath. The container of port wine were very welcome....... but very sticky on the outside. The fact that breakfast is an optional , were a big dissapointment, as it were advertised as part of the deal, and my circumstances did not leave much time to drive around for breakfast in the mornings.

Breakfast was fresh and nice. Location is perfect. The staff was helpful.

Taking care of visitors and the manner you prepare and handling of your clients, cleanliness up to standard.

Cars are not parked under the shade or carport and it's winter now.

The wheelchair accessible bathroom was perfect!!!

There is a difference between wheelchair friendly and wheelchair accessible. The bathroom was absolutely perfect!!!! The bed and additional furniture in the room made is close to impossible to use a wheelchair. The kitchen was also to small for a wheelchair, but the outside and dinning area was well equipped for a wheelchair.
