Wash basin in the toilet missing. Shower was weak. Lot of stairs to climb.

Loved the time and helpful staff there, whatever I needed, they where for assistance! Next time I might go for an larger room, it's worth it:)

The view

First they tried to give me a really cheap room, not the room I booked. The room I stayed in was not what I payed for, I got medium room and had booked deluxe. No interest from them helping guests with anything like where to park (if needed), what to do etz. You should note that there isn't any beach left, only thing to do around there is diving. If you are diving, stay in hotel that arrange diving.

This is a lovely place, upgraded my room for free, very tasty well priced breakfast and the people running the hotel are so nice. At the price I find it difficult to find any fault. Only thing to note is that if the power goes and is running on the generator the AC wont work, but there was a fan. My stay here was very enjoyable and I would recommend highly, will stay here again if I'm back to Puerto Galera.

If you book the budget room, dont expect alot,, its very bad, smells and not very inviting, not even for the price But the "normal" Rooms are great.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Unlike hotels its more family run like, which gives me a peak of local life
